Yeah, it's one of the best of the b650e motherboards out there. Pretty future-proof with gen 5 in both a PCIe slot and one of the m.2 slots. And with excellent audio taken directly from their more expensive x670 boards.
It's basically the same as their $400+ x670 motherboards, with a few less USB slots, one less m.2, and only 12+2 stage VRMs, all of which should be more than sufficient for 99% of users.
For those asking in the other threads what motherboard to buy, THIS is your answer, especially at this price! $600 for this CPU, Mobo and DDR5 RAM is a steal! This combo is even cheaper than if you managed to find both the CPU and motherboard open box at MC.
Should've stated that its in-store only since this is Micro Center. Feels bad for those who don't have a Micro Center near them.
I look at it as a blessing that I don't have MC nearby. This fact has kept me from going broke lol

I got 599 when clicking on link. Idk if I should get this or wait for the x3d to pair with 4090
Industry experts believe that the 7900x3D will likely be between $600 and 700 - and it likely won't come with the free RAM. Yes, it will have 15-30% increased performance in some games, compared to this chip. But it will be more than this CPU, the motherboard and the RAM combined!

And on the Microcenter website here in my phone, pointed at the Tustin, CA store, it's 697.98 for 18 minute pickup. Not sure why.

If I change to Denver, CO, it's $599. Maybe regional or store specific.
There's probably a CA-specific tax for causing cancer, or maybe it's a CA winter-blend combo fee...
