Carhartt usually has the working man in mind when developing their products. During the winter mornings, you'll want the fleece on the inside when it's coldest. Once the sun comes out and your blood is flowing, you'll want to flip it so the fleece is on the outside. Comfort isn't usually an issue since you'll probably have a long sleeve underneath it anyway. I'm sure they developed the water-resistant fabric in such a way that it's comfortable on the skin as well. Also, keep in mind that some workers don't have access to their vehicles or lockers during working hours to put away any additional clothing they want to remove or add on.

Never got the point of these kind of reversible jackets. Why on earth would you ever wear it with the fleece side out and the rough, waterproof and uncomfortable side on the inside?

So make the fleece removable. As an electrician there's no way I'm wearing fleece on the job site. Everything will stick to it.

Maybe originally, but most people buy Carhartt for the fashion at this point. And I really can't see any tradesmen turning their jacket inside out to put fleece on the outside lol.

Not sure why you're getting downvotes. This was just a factual statement. I didn't know SD was Reddit now

Especially with all the stories coming out now of people or their kids experiencing adverse effects to the vaccine/boosters, I can now understand why those who were opposed to mandating the shot would not want to support companies that forced that for employment.

Why do we have to talk about this anyway? Just don't support the company lmao. They are a private company, and can mandate just about anything they want. Move on. I like their stuff and am thinking about grabbing one of these.

How easily is the tag removable? Too blue collar for me. Id like to stitch on a LaCoste or Nike logo instead.

I'm on the fence here. Is this a good quality item/good deal?
