Are these eggs from Korea?
Why would it matter? I mean is the taste different?

Eggs from korea would be cleaner and healthier.

How do you get around the limit of 2? I want to stock up.
1) Bring the whole family and pay separately
2) Go in, buy 2, walk out. Repeat .

I'm just boycotting eggs for now. Plenty of other items on sale.

Wondering the same thing. My son is close to the UWS location.

Quote from FreakinDealWithIt :
Meh, they're just discounting a single item in order to get you in the door, knowing you're going to buy plenty of other things they'll make money on. The vast majority of people aren't just buying eggs and leaving.
Not sure if the term is still in use, but this used to be referred to in the supermarket industry as a "come-on item" as in 'come on in, buy our limited sale item, and grab lots of other items while you're in the store'.

Back in the 90s, Market Basket/DeMoulas in New England used to do it on summer weekends with fresh lobster. They steamed it for free, but then you had to pay the 5% meal tax on it. No one ever bought just the lobsters.
