REBATE AMOUNTS:

For Residents of MI: Consumers will receive a $10.00 rebate on the purchase of one (1) Bud Light 18-pack or larger.
For Residents of OH: Rebate amount will be equivalent to the purchase price of one (1) Bud Light 18-pack or larger, excluding sales tax, up to $25.00, less $0.01.

Online submission with pic of receipt and pick of upc.
On my iPhone I took pics of both first and then tried to upload them and site said they wouldn't load, I had to click the upload photo on the site and then take the picture instantly instead of uploading from my photo library and that worked. Might just be my personal experience but thought is would share in case others have difficulties.
