I think the previous low was $1399.99 for the 65" model.

Note for those purchasing it... I had the "white glove delivery" and they bent the tv the first time they installed it and had to replace it. Basically, make sure you don't pick it up from the corners of the tv. Pick it up with one hand on each side and then one hand on each side of the base. You will NOT be able to pick up this TV with just one person - it's too thin and will possibly (probably?) bend. Added an image of where the direction say to pick up for the 65".

Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

edit: back when I got mine I got the Upsie [upsie.com] warranty for it (which covers burn in). Use promo code PLAYOFF for a 10% discount on the warranties. I got the 3 year myself but up to you of course.
3 Year Warranty - $153.89
5 Year Warranty - $341.99

Just as a heads up for all non-EPP people who want the deal: if you have AAA membership this deal works.

Navigate here: https://discounts.aaa.com/home-bu...ts/samsung

Enter your info and you'll be redirected to Samsung's website. You'll see the TV listed as $16XX, but as soon as you get into checkout, it'll show as $1259.99.

Enjoy!

The whole fragile thing is overblown. Picked mine up and had no issues.

The first thing one sees when opening the box is an image clearly showing not to lift by the corners. There is no shortage of places to lift from, just stay away from the corners.

Glad I got this over the C2, as the picture is ridiculously good.

Only downside so far are the UI and remote as they kinda suck, but I use an AppleTV so don't really care anyway.

Didn't work using the teacher discount, but got the special price to work through AAA. Tried asking for extended warranty through chat, but all they would offer is free installation. I've heard seen too many negative reviews of this TV, gonna wait for the C2 or Sony to hit $1500

Paid a whole lot more for mine from Costco and probably haven't logged a full hour on it…but also got all state warranty plus now-defunct citi warranty plus plus 4% plus delivered somehow without damage. Doubt my employer even qualifies here. Get tired of seeing all these Samsung special buyer deals, they are more like a "YMMV" for many

Don't forget PP has 4% cb right now for Samsung.

And for those of you who are concerned with firmware issue and HDR gaming, Sammy released a new fw update 1430.1 a day or 2 ago so far folks on AVSforum are saying that it is much better than 1420.9.
Where do you see the new firmware update? Mine is still showing 1420.9 and no update available at the moment. I checked also on samsung.com/support and did not see 1430.1

I purchased S95B 55" but returned it even though I love the TV. Supposed to get 2 Year care+ for free and agent created the cart with 2 year free care+. After placing the order I didn't get 2 year care+ and when I contacted customer service, they refused to add free 2 year care+ to my order after it was delivered saying that their system won't allow it. Instead they want me to return the received order and place a new order (They said they will price match it my current deal and I will say Samsung customer service will be very nice if you push the right buttons). Samsung order systems are as dumb as it get can get. It's going to cost them return shipping and free shipping for the new order and also they will end up with a open TV.

One thing I hate with this TV is the remote. I am having very hard time with the remote. It's response is very slow with most of streaming services and don't like OS either. I planned to place a new order once I get a refund on this returned TV. Does anyone have same issue with remote. Any suggestions or advices?

Here is one tip - You contact ecomm agent through chat and request them to add free 2 year care+ warranty. If you are lucky some generous agents will be able to add this warranty to TV. Ask them to create the cart for you. You may get lucky more often than not.
Buy an old school Samsung tv remote on eBay for $5.00 and then buy a simple 4K Roku for $16.00 from Walmart

Problems solved and you have the best picture technology out there right now

Isn't lack of Dolby Vision becoming an issue for HDR content?

For this kind of money Samsung could easily pay the $2-3 per set for a license.

I suspect Samsung is going to have to cave as it appears DV omissions is becoming an issue....
You should read the article in rtings.Com about how little Dolby vision matters as compared to a superior television

Or you can spend over twice as much and get the Sony A 95k

Agreed. It also lacks support for Dolby Atmos and the build quality is questionable. Was at the Best Buy outlet earlier and there were mountains of Samsung TV returns, including this model with minor bends/creases in the frame.

I'd stick with Sony or LG. Just my two cents.

EDIT: Sorry, meant Dolby Vision
Interesting

What Best Buy outlet did you go to?
I was at the one in Dallas and it seemed pretty even on what they had among the major brands( Sony ,lg,Samsung). In fact I saw less tcl and Hisense there than the major brands actually

I suspect most people buying this tv will be using an avr that has atmos

Additionally if you need these things and don't want a down grade in picture quality you can spend more than twice as much and buy the Sony a95k

I saw a few of those at the Best Buy outlet

Great TV at a great deal

Best panel technology there is out there right now

This Tv playing HDR10 spanks my LG G1 playing dolby vision

if you have to have dolby vision and dont want a loss in picture quality the Sony A95K, at more than twice the price, is your only choice right now

For whatever reason, Samsung does not make it easily found on their download site. My TV was not pulling it down either so I downloaded it to a USB and installed that way:
