I think the previous low was $1399.99 for the 65" model.

Note for those purchasing it... I had the "white glove delivery" and they bent the tv the first time they installed it and had to replace it. Basically, make sure you don't pick it up from the corners of the tv. Pick it up with one hand on each side and then one hand on each side of the base. You will NOT be able to pick up this TV with just one person - it's too thin and will possibly (probably?) bend. Added an image of where the direction say to pick up for the 65".

Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

edit: back when I got mine I got the Upsie [upsie.com] warranty for it (which covers burn in). Use promo code PLAYOFF for a 10% discount on the warranties. I got the 3 year myself but up to you of course.
3 Year Warranty - $153.89
5 Year Warranty - $341.99

Just as a heads up for all non-EPP people who want the deal: if you have AAA membership this deal works.

Navigate here: https://discounts.aaa.com/home-bu...ts/samsung

Enter your info and you'll be redirected to Samsung's website. You'll see the TV listed as $16XX, but as soon as you get into checkout, it'll show as $1259.99.

Enjoy!

The whole fragile thing is overblown. Picked mine up and had no issues.

The first thing one sees when opening the box is an image clearly showing not to lift by the corners. There is no shortage of places to lift from, just stay away from the corners.

Glad I got this over the C2, as the picture is ridiculously good.

Only downside so far are the UI and remote as they kinda suck, but I use an AppleTV so don't really care anyway.

Well…the poster is talking about video streaming and image quality, which loses all credibility for me.

DV crushes HDR10+ in physical media. I own 370 4K media. 137 have DV. 11 have HDR10+.

ELEVEN.

HDR10+ is the Betamax of our age. DV won. And Samsung are fools for not paying for the license.
While I'd agree about your point on streaming vs physical media, it's still a valid reason to want DV.

Absolutely no idea what it actually did yet, but firmware 1430 really straightened a lot of stuff out and it's faster now also. It started to detect all my equipment better. I'll have to figure out why.

For whatever reason, Samsung does not make it easily found on their download site. My TV was not pulling it down either so I downloaded it to a USB and installed that way:

https://downloadcenter.samsung.co...TMAKUC.zip [samsung.com]
I put in a Samsung 980 just today in my PS5, put the PS5 directly into S95B, and have a Denon AVR-X3100W for the rest of my stuff. I installed this. Amazingly better.

I got this in November for the $1,400. Just an amazing TV. Now it optimizes itself. I'm not a guy that needs the latest and greatest and am not a video or audiofile. So take that as you will. But I am happier than a pig in mud w/ this S95B.

This is same result I came up with comparing the S95B to my LG G1

Made me wish I could return the LG G1 I bought in December 2021..nod
I have this, the A80J (Evo panel), and a LG B9. After a couple hours and back and forth testing using HDR10+ source material, I concluded that the Samsung is superior, but mainly in regards to brightness which I found lacking in the Sony and the LG. When it came to blacks, color saturation, all 3 were equal when I lowered the brightness, gamma on the Samsung. Motion across all 3 were about the same with no dicernable difference.

In other words, the Samsung fixes essentially the only weakness in the other OLEDs which is weak peak brightness.

My cousin bought an 65 LG C2 and also a 65 Samsung S95B, so he can run them side by side comparison test. He ran both through rtings recommended setup with minor adjust for each panel lottery, as he's a professional TV calibrator. I forget the model blu-ray players he had, but he ran the same movie on each one, completely mirrored setup. LG C2 playing in Dolby Vision and an S95B playing in HDR10+, the S95B blew the C2 out of the water. The real test though he said was comparing the C2 DV against the S95B with HDR10, and the difference was hardly noticeable, in that the S95B was still far superior. For added stress test, he ran a VRROOM with Nvidia Shield Pro with an adjusted EDID profile to output LLDV to the S95B, then had the C2 connected the same Nvidia Shield Pro playing from Netflix, Hulu, etc steaming services. So C2 displaying DV and S95B playing LLDV, and the S95B still blew the C2 out of the water.

In the end he said the hype over DV being superior may have had a leg in the race back when HDR10 and weak LED tech against an OLED was the case, but now with miniLED and QD-OLED plus HDR10+ more commonly offered in most streaming services, DV isn't a factor.

Idk, I personally bought a QN90B, because I use my TV as a PC monitor and want to avoid burn in issues altogether. However, I did snag this S95B over the C2 based on his recommendations for the bedroom.
If he's a professional TV calibrator he isn't using settings from Rtings to set up the TV. And while I'm not comparing this to a C2, I have it side by side with a CX. After calibrating them to actual standards, not plugging in numbers I copied from somebody else's calibration off of a website, they look very similar to one another. The Samsung will slightly beat the LG in some respects and the LG beats the Samsung in others. But the Samsung definitely isn't blowing the LG away.
Now if you 'calibrate' it for the greatest pop, brightness, and color disregarding any accuracy at all, sure the Samsung is going to blow it away. But if you want accuracy that's just not what you're going to see. Is extremely close with very subtle differences.

Amazing TV honestly picture wise. Probably best out right now(sub 2.5k of course) only thing that kinda sucks is the UI. It's laggy at times

Working with them right now. Basically return and rebuy. Having a little bit of an issue getting the pricing right as we speak.

Man I am really considering returning this to Costco, I have the 7 year warranty but is it really worth 540 dollars for an extra 5 years?
I am going to return my to Costco. Does this model have no camera attachment like the Costco? Costco has a "D" and Samsung model don't. I will still do daily model Costco.com to see if they will drop the price to get it adjusted but maybe not over $450?
