I think the previous low was $1399.99 for the 65" model.

Note for those purchasing it... I had the "white glove delivery" and they bent the tv the first time they installed it and had to replace it. Basically, make sure you don't pick it up from the corners of the tv. Pick it up with one hand on each side and then one hand on each side of the base. You will NOT be able to pick up this TV with just one person - it's too thin and will possibly (probably?) bend. Added an image of where the direction say to pick up for the 65".

Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

edit: back when I got mine I got the Upsie [upsie.com] warranty for it (which covers burn in). Use promo code PLAYOFF for a 10% discount on the warranties. I got the 3 year myself but up to you of course.
3 Year Warranty - $153.89
5 Year Warranty - $341.99

Just as a heads up for all non-EPP people who want the deal: if you have AAA membership this deal works.

Navigate here: https://discounts.aaa.com/home-bu...ts/samsung

Enter your info and you'll be redirected to Samsung's website. You'll see the TV listed as $16XX, but as soon as you get into checkout, it'll show as $1259.99.

Enjoy!

The whole fragile thing is overblown. Picked mine up and had no issues.

The first thing one sees when opening the box is an image clearly showing not to lift by the corners. There is no shortage of places to lift from, just stay away from the corners.

Glad I got this over the C2, as the picture is ridiculously good.

Only downside so far are the UI and remote as they kinda suck, but I use an AppleTV so don't really care anyway.

Or the C2 at half the price 😀

I would buy the Sony in a heartbeat given no cost restrictions. The picture processing alone makes it notably better side by side with the others in certain scenarios.
Why would buy the C2 and go with the picture quality downgrade?
The numeric metrics dont follow it compared to the QD-OLED technology

My personal experience sees Sony as having the best picture processing, Samsung second and LG third

Were any of you guys, who snagged this deal, able to get the 9.1.2 soundbar bundle? $350 for like a $1300 soundbar. I added to the cart, but it kept ejecting it from the cart, saying it was out of stock due to high demand.

Would have been icing on the cake for me. Never been a big audiophile, so this soundbar would have been a huge upgrade compared to anything else I've had in the past. Does Samsung offer stand alone deals like that on soundbars? Or are deep discounts like that for bundles only?

Oof, that's a bold move on Samsung's part. They'll get cancellations if LG makes a similar move on their C2's

Did try to squeeze the 2 yrs Care+ package and online chat was very helpful but we can't get it to drop the price to matching my first order. Also even work this TV has been backorder till delivery by April.

I think it did not work because the price promotion was over.

Because it's not necessarily a picture downgrade. If the numeric metrics you're talking about are brightness, that's only one small aspect of picture quality. Well the panel may be capable of great things it's software is holding it back.

I actually own an S95b, was super excited about the technology when I heard about all the advantages of QD OLED. But once I got it having it side by side to my LG CX, it was a huge letdown. Once you actually calibrate the screens, (and you have to on the Samsung because the white balance and colors are garbage out of the box) you'll see that the Samsung loses a lot of its advantages. And once you set them both to filmmaker mode and you turn off all the stuff like dynamic contrast and don't crank up gamma, etc my LG looked better and in some cases was brighter.

Interer-scene contrast looked better. Blacks were darker but still had more shadow detail. Some colors were more saturated on the LG, while the Samsung had weird oversaturated skin tones.

Now sure if you're just watching sports or something and you don't care about picture accuracy set it to standard mode and the Samsung has a much brighter more vibrant image. But if you want accuracy this isn't the TV for you. Even after five software updates it's gaming mode HDR gamma is messed up. It doesn't track EOTF accurately. Just go over to AVSforum and look at all the complaints by owners.

There's something to complain about with every piece of tech.

The general consensus on the AVS Forums is that the s95b is superior to the C2. Also per the AVS Forum, its only significant issue WAS the gaming, past tense, as FW 1430 fixed all that.

I would disagree with you in that the Samsung can most definitely can be calibrated

Interesting you bring up the CX...I used to have the CX and I replaced it with a G1 and I honestly like it better...though I think the difference is minor versus the S95B

I most certainly like the brightness of the S95B and I think it also does very in picture processing on lower quality content

More often than not I am watching 4K streaming or 4K blu ray

If I watching sports or some other "random" programming..I am typically using the Sony Z9D or Samsung QN90a

I have a bonus room above the garage that I use as my media room

Compared both C2 and s95b 65 inches at my home today. Samsung blows LG c2 completely. It is a different league, and I am talking with the latest software. I calibrated Samsung with smartthings app and I can vouch for this TV.

Just to be clear, maybe I didn't word it well, the Samsung can definitely be calibrated. I was saying that it just definitely needs to be because the factory settings look so bad.

But once you do they look very similar. Most people would probably be happy with either and if you did a blind test with them - not side by side, I don't think the average person could tell them apart in calibrated filmmaker mode. Now in standard/dynamic it's pretty obvious the Samsung is brighter.

My eyes dont agree with yours...but we shall just agree to disagree

Here is a blind test of 4 panels...you cant buy the Panasonic here in the United States
But I think its a good test of several TVs including the LG G2, Samsung S95K and Sony A95K
