    It kinda bugs me that these things always advertise their protein content WITH milk added...it only brings 2g of protein to the party, you can get more than that from a small bowl of pasta with no meat...and like it bills itself as a meal replacement, yet it basically doesn't have enough of most nutrients to be a reasonable meal replacement with one serving... And the amount you'd have to drink to be a reasonable amount, is way to much sugar...

    The top two ingredients are sugar and sunflower oil based creamer. This stuff was super popular in the 90s and everyone thought this is how you got shredded. Just replace two meals per day with YooHoo. Sueez9ng a spring between your thighs and shocking your stomach were popular "workouts". Lol. Unsurprisingly, it didn't work out for many.

    For reference a decent whey protein powder will sell for about $35 for 5lbs. and have triple the protein when combined with milk. if you need meal replacement you can either do it like the SlimFast (through sugars) by buying "weight gainer" protein powders. If you want a little healthier, you can try stirring in rolled oats into a protein shake.

    All these years, and they are still adding sugar... Stevia, monk fruit, alluose, heck I'd even take erythritol,ace k or sucralose. Instead a slim shake is using sugar.
