For reference a decent whey protein powder will sell for about $35 for 5lbs. and have triple the protein when combined with milk. if you need meal replacement you can either do it like the SlimFast (through sugars) by buying "weight gainer" protein powders. If you want a little healthier, you can try stirring in rolled oats into a protein shake.
