For those complaining, look at the size of this unit...It only works on small cars/batteries obviously, or vehicles with slightly bad batteries (under 12v but over 11v). Trust me, I have tried it on multiple vehicles.
Noco units are like 1/3 the size but Project Farm has shown them to easily jump start diesels and even farm tractors. Units half the size were able to jump start an RV immediately after being taken out of a freezer. The issue is that the 700A rating is an extremely optimistic peak rating that it hits for a tiny fraction of a second but the actual average amperage is about 1/3 of the rating for these jump starters.

Like everyone else in this thread, I also recommend staying away from this brand. I bought the 1400 amp version when I was having battery issues and it worked once to jump start a friend's small 4 cylinder engine. I go to charge it 6 months later, it never charges. Tried at least 3 different cords and chargers and it shows it's charging for a couple minutes and then shuts off so now it's in the trash. It's much better to buy a 12V air compressor in case you have a flat and a separate jump starter. Check out Project Farm on YouTube for his tests on which ones actually work.

does the light easily break off
No, but it easily comes on if it just barely brushes up against something.
I'd say 5 times I went to the car etc and put some groceries in the back and the light was on(so no telling how long)

Still worth it though(Or more precisely, I know the bigger one is worth it as that's the one I have)

I'd be all over this if it was, besides sending 700A to the 12v port, did 700A @ 12V for PD Power delivery. But 700A to the 12V port, and only a measly 3.1A for USB charging? meh

Pay no attention to this comment. This poster does not possess a basic understanding of voltage, amperage, and the meaning of the words he's using.

Most likely a landfill, and still expensive for this. What I have gathered you need to aim the ones with at least 1100amp. This one is 700amp and still bulky. Nowadays, there are even 2000+ Amp ones available. On another thread, someone listed couple of links to Amazon of higher Amp ones but amazingly compact sizes with usb charging, no more wall power units required to keep it charged, just in your car. Bottomline, no less than 1100amp or you are taking a risk because it wouldn't help with boost.
