Your claims sparked my curiosity so I gandered the ingredient list. The most "harmful, poisonous" thing in them is likely the coloring. You'd probably have to consume an obscene amount of these for it to be an issue—too much sugar would probably be the detrimental factor before food coloring. Anyway, am by no means claiming these are a healthy food in any shape or form, but your warning is certainly more FUD than anything.

About 55% to 60% of the adult human body is made up of water but drink too much water and it'll kill you.

People really need to get a grip.

Anything in large enough quantities is dangerous.
