I work in the iOS world and a 9th Gen iPad for $250 is a fantastic price regardless of use case. Rarely does it touch this price point at a consumer or enterprise level. Also worth noting that this model is going away at any moment due to the recent 10th gen release.

Just FYI Newer (10th Generation ) Ipad has A14 SoC, WiFi 6 and USB-C. I think that's pretty much it, not sure RAM difference though.

My little one has a 2018 6th gen 32GB (purchased in december 2018). the battery only lasts around 3 hours of video time, and the lack of space is kind of annoying. is it worth upgrading now or hold out for another year?
