I should have kept the iPad Air; it was a much smoother experience than the laggy Android tablet (and it has 68gb of storage space left).
Hopefully you didn't screw things up for other people.
I also doubt that they are making notation on accounts. Someone in this thread literally told me to try again with another rep like they did. Also, you don't have to even have a target account to get in contact with customer chat.
She denied it at first, but you gotta be a bit persistent and use some psychology.. She was really nice though.. You get a refund of $80 + any previously applied taxes to your credit card issuer from Target within 5 days.

Apple jacked up the price by $150 by reducing features, unacceptable
Even with the iCloud 200gb plan, I still question the 64….
although the updates are more concerning to APPLE's more strict support of 3rd party apps
