For women, there are great features for cycle tracking on the series 8 so potentially yes.

Other than that, the 8 added crash detection, which may be moot if you have the latest iPhones (they also have this feature).

That's effectively it. Same battery, same display, etc. For $100 less, you can get an LTE 45mm Series 7 from Walmart.com right now. It comes with the green band, but if you have a band already then it likely fits. A new one from Amazon is $10.

Exactly this. If you're a man or woman not interested in cycle tracking, the 6 is more or less the same Watch.

Not sure if this is true. But have heard production of Series 7 was stopped an year ago and every store is liquidating the stock because of older batteries or decreased battery life which is a mess to replace.

Many reviews also talks about this issue, which is why I didn't pull the trigger on the 7. The 8 battery time is superior to the 7 by all accounts.
