I agree, I have a friend picking up a Bolt EUV for $28K plus it's eligible for the $7,500 tax credit! Some good dealers don't markup the price if ordering.
Yes, the vehicle was manufactured around 11/2021, and Chevy couldn't sell them in time.

Like many people stated, Ford dealers are stupidly greedy marking up these like $10k over MSRP. It's a hassle to deal with all the clowns at the dealers. That's why Tesla won the EV section market.
not for pre-orders (anymore)

They 'won' because they mass produce the same boring 10 year old design, interior, and offer next to zero options.

LOL...that is the least objective and unbiased statement of the day based on two hypothetical examples cars you have limited to zero experience with. Unless you have have handled a dozen(S) of each model, you are assuming.

Let me guess, your favorite ice cream flavor is also the "best"...if everyone was being "objective and unbiased" that is.
False assertions, but beautiful thing is people don't have to take my word for it... try both and then come away and honestly tell me the Tesla has better build quality, won't happen. Creaks and rattles, the way the door closes, more inconsistent panel gaps, and then there's the issues like the cheesy cheap interior, they can't even spring for a low-cost driver display also on the M3 and MY! The interiors scream cheap and barren.

Doesnt matter people argue tesla vs mach E. Judging by the sheer number of responses in the Tesla thread vs this, I'd say people are more enthusiastic about getting a tesla. And who gives shit about what you all think, which is better. Money talks and Tesla getting a lion share of it. Remember the old days of Samsung vs iPhone? Same shit. Samsung more features more functionality more tweaking capability more innovation, blah blah blah...who gives shit. Apple still beat the shit out of it in profit.

Ford absolutely qualifies for the tax credit.

Tesla is supposed to open up their charging network to everyone and that will be a huge help.
Not the extended range ones tho, in the OP both of the extended range version are above the $55k price cap.

Damn you Elon. Trying to reduce the amount of censorship on the internet has forced Ford prices to crater along with Tesla. Is there no end to your villainy!
He is still censoring people on Twitter. Several people have commented that it's almost back to the way it used to be under Dorsey. It's sad.

It'll be the other way around. The EV becomes the primary and the gasser becomes secondary for the odd long trip.
How many people can afford to keep two cars around? Why not just buy hybrids? LOL.

I am also sad it's not 100% better. I did say he was "trying". Though I don't think it could ever be as bad as under the Shame of the Midwest himself.

Unfortunately you won't get it. The law went into effect 1/1/2023. Sorry man that sucks.
