3DS Eshop is closing 27th of March 2023.
Thankfully, Nintendo have mentioned in a Q&A that games you've already purchased will be re-downloadable for "the foreseeable future"

Get your games now before its over.

This is a fantastic game and fits right at home on the 3DS. The stylus is incorporated perfectly into the controls. Highly recommended, especially at this price.

Got this when it was on sale last month. Fun little game on 3DS. Buying the 3DS also gets you the Wii U version for those that have it.

I have a Switch, but I really miss my 3DS. It was so much more portable and comfortable to play. I wish Nintendo didn't just abandon it.

Personally, it's open season on the high seas when they shut this down. I'm not giving scalpers money over paying for physical. Also, the digital downloads will eventually be cut off. I'm a big advocate of supporting devs, but the big three have shown DRM doesn't matter on legacy devices.

If it were an vintage automobile or comic book that has been out of production and become hard to find no one would question it, but because it's a physical video game you want to declare it scalping? Frankly, I think that's practicing double standards and using the term frivolously. Just because someone has something that you would want but don't like the price on it doesn't automatically make it scalping, especially if the scarcity of the item simply occurred organically, and especially if they've had it in their possession for years. People like to toss the term scalping around way too easily. You want to declare it so when people were buying up PS5 consoles or Nvidia video cards following their introduction just for the sake of reselling them and thus contributing to creating an artificial scarcity in the market? Fine, no issue with that. But not when it's John Q. Public just selling some old discontinued video games. That's not scalping. That's simply you not liking the price that's currently being asked of an item because of a lack of availability that has resulted over time.

I ran into so much of this selling my old stuff on ebay during COVID. People saying "last year a Wii was $30!". Well yeah you had 14 years to buy one but didn't, and now you're bored at home with everyone else who didn't buy one so they're $80.

I can't believe that 3DS is big and bold in the title, 3DS is written on the store page, but it took me reading the comments to realize that it was for 3DS. SMH.

Great game though. Don't miss this one if you have a 3DS.
