Appreciate it and I saw those. I have 2 128GB drives which are overkill anyways, so I just use one.

This is one of the first usb drives that actually lived up to and even exceeded its speed claims. Even the ones that claim to have read speeds "up to" 130 MBs end up being 90 . This drive is as fast as many SSDs

This Samsung tiny USB drive is fantastic and the speed is exactly as advertised. I may be one of them not using it for its intended portability purpose.
I have 4 of these configured in a ZFS pool running 24 x 7 for non-critical file/video storage, downloading BT, and streaming to multiple Fire TVs at home and family members globally. Highly recommended!!

Perfect for flush mount requirements. When inserted, there's barely enough to grab onto to pull it out. Has a plastic keychain loop. If you can do something that sticks out more, the Samsung bar isn't a lot longer, but is made of aluminum with a metal keychain loop. You could drive over that one.

Both have about the same performance, 400MB/s reads and 100MB/s writes. I've used both as boot drives for occasional use OSs and in one case used this fit as a boot drive for cloudready on an old AMD machine. The fit was faster by a good bit vs the internal emmc storage.

The 256gb of both has been around $25 on sale. In fact, I ordered a bar from newegg for $25 and ended up receiving two of them. I've had 128GB models of both for some time now, no problems.

I love the fit for storage on a tv or a streaming box like the shield. With that in, if you're reaching around the back of the tv/device to plug in a cable, you don't have to worry about pushing on a drive and bending it.
