I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.
I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.
its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

What's the best way to get the additional $50 off via CS? What are the keywords when calling?

almost like they hide the hp of the motor... the most important part.

0-12% incline is not impressive. -3-15% is minimum what I would consider for an investment, and without knowing 3.5hp+ I would never consider running on a residential grade treadmill as typically as soon as you got above 2-3% the motor is not even controlling the belt, but rather your weight (which will also burn out the motor over time).

On Dicks sporting goods site it says "1.9HP motor (motor is 3HP capable but restricted by amperage from home outlets). I can't seem to find the motor specs on Nautilus site… A Google search of the model states it has a 3.5 HP motor.. can anyone verify this?

I don't recall anyone mentioning but is this fairly easy to assemble? If it saves $250, I'm all for it!
Easy to assemble, but it is very heavy. Will take 2 people to get up/down stairs. Outside of that, will take a few hours to fully complete.

In another thread, someone opened up the panel to see the motor showed 3HP

There's a recent settled class action regarding misleading advertising of 3.5HP

Awesome, thank you. Do you have any experience with this machine?

This one has a longer belt, stronger motor, and lower price. Easy choice.

Literally bought this two days ago for $899 and it hasn't arrived yet. Contacting Nautilus/Schwinn/Bowflex to see if they'll refund me $200.

Any bets if they'll price-match their own website?

I have a pro-form bike that broke. I've spent 20+ hours on hold. The last time I called it was 5 hours 17 minutes to simply ask for a manager to call me back and get a replacement started since it had already been 2 months. Never called me...

Is this treadmill highly rated? Tempting but they take up so much space.

I got them to price match, just called in about 10 minutes ago. Hold time said less than 3 minutes but it was about 10-15 wait. Not too bad for 215 bucks back!
