I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

Let us know. I just ordered a couple of days ago but I won't be able to call until the afternoon.
Just got off the phone with them, and they honored the price match. Had to wait 45 mins to get to speak to someone, but she (Sarah) was really nice! She said that every other call they received today was about this price match lol.

What the class action referenced is that in order to even utilize 3hp the motor would need 2-3x the power that a residential outlet can provide. Pretty crazy.
Note exactly. 115V x 15 A = 1725W. Assuming 745W / HP = 2.3 HP
3 & change HP is probably cited as peak, like just before you breaker pops.

I found this one https://topclassactions.com/lawsu...ettlement/ [topclassactions.com]

Maybe that's why the price dropped so much
Thanks!

Look at their Q&A on the website and Nautilus refuses to provide HP information:

What is the motor power (HP/CHP)?

Hello! I am sorry but we do not have that information available. However, the motor is designed to deliver up speeds of up to 12 mph and carries a 15 year warranty. Thank you!

I was seriously looking at this vs. the Sole F63 back in December. Then $900 vs $1200 for the Sole, had me leaning towards the Sole, but at $700... might just have to pull the trigger on this.

It's hard to interpret the reviews on this. Most seem to compare it to machines nearly double the current $700 price.

Good timing, as our 20-year-old Pro-Form died last night.
I checked out Sole models at local Dick's sports. Their deck seems quite hard with little cushioning which I don't like. Well built machines, but I want to protect my knees.

Any specific matte you all would recommend as we're going to be putting this on porcelain tile floor?

The Nautilus 616T is higher rated on Consumer Reports (the lighter duty 616T), and this is the HD version with better frame, higher hp motor and longer warranty. Nautilus got an 84 rating, while the Sole F63 got an 81 (Range was 87-51). Both are highly rated and recommended.
