I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

The screen / dashboard on this one looks 10-15 years backwards, hence still thinking

hows the cushion on this Nautilus deck?
Some people are saying it's bouncy so I assume it has "better" cushion. But I haven't been able to test it myself.

I personally like to put my 12.9" ipad in front of me. More versatile than the built-in system.

Dicks says … Operational horsepower up to approx. 1.9HP motor (motor is 3HP capable but restricted by amperage from home outlets)

Anyone able to get this to work with Zwift? Reddit threads suggest it doesn't play nice with 3rd party apps like that but I'm wanting to confirm before pulling the trigger.

FYI, I had this treadmill, it's quite slow to change speed, up or down from one speed to another. It's great if you're planning on staying at one pace but if you're doing intervals it's not the best.

Like many others, I purchased one of these at the price of $899 and we actually just received it on Friday. It is VERY HEAVY, so make sure you have help getting it into the house and unboxing. It took about 90 minutes to assemble and be ready to use. I do notice a little "thumping" noise as the belt is moving. It doesn't seem to matter if someone is on it or not. Not sure if this is reason for concern just yet, but if it persists I will call the factory.

I called this morning for a price adjustment and after holding for 10 minutes or so, the rep processed a credit for $200 + tax with no hassle at all. Very friendly and easy to work with.
I was concerned about the thumping as well. When I looked into it, it is a normal thing to experience while the belt "breaks in". Just takes a bit of usage for it to go away depending on different factors, but it is normal.

In regard to the horsepower being limited by 15A residential outlets, if I have a 220V/30A outlet available, will the treadmill use more of the available horsepower?

Is that normal for most of the treadmills out there?

can you expand on what you are comparing against to be able to say it is insanely good deal?

Nope. The Bluetooth seems to be limited to the Nordic track "explore the world" app and certain polar hrm, it does come with a chest hrm. Running pod will be needed for zwift it seems.
