I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

Just got off the phone with them, and they honored the price match. Had to wait 45 mins to get to speak to someone, but she (Sarah) was really nice! She said that every other call they received today was about this price match lol.
Thanks bud, repped. Took about 40 minutes and the lady went right to it. I just got my email confirmation too.

looks like there was a class-action lawsuit about the Nautilus T618, apparently they lied about their motor horsepower...

Awesome customer service - I was on hold for around 1/2 hour, but as soon as I gave my order #, the rep said "I'm guessing that you want the price match". They are slammed with the PM. I thought it was a good deal at $899 - thanks for the $200 (and tax) back.

Man, I'm tempes to buy this. I bought a proform pro 5000 september 2021 and within a year I needed a new circuit board, roller, motor, and walking platform.

May just have been a lemon but it has been a pain

This one but it does have a decent warranty. It concerned me but I went ahead. The price is just to good frankly.

almost like they hide the hp of the motor... the most important part.

0-12% incline is not impressive. -3-15% is minimum what I would consider for an investment, and without knowing 3.5hp+ I would never consider running on a residential grade treadmill as typically as soon as you got above 2-3% the motor is not even controlling the belt, but rather your weight (which will also burn out the motor over time).
Please post some examples meeting the specs you're speaking of? 0-15% incline is consistent in this class. 12mph, also consistent.

The areas I'd be concerned about on this unit would be the deck width being 20" instead of 22" and the motor.

Maybe picking nits on the width, especially at this price and given that it does, at least, have a 60" long deck.

As far as the motor is concerned, I can't seem to find on their site, which says they may be either lazy, incompetent, or willfully obfuscating the details. For this treadmill, I'd want to see a 3.5 continuous horse power motor - but even then, the quality can vary a good deal between motors based on who makes them and how much they live up to their ratings. Maybe not a big deal if you're on the lighter side of average size/weight or not jogging? Otherwise, do some homework to make sure the motor is up to task.

For the money, this is a solid deal imo, as long as the motor is in the vicinity of 3-3.5 CHP.
