I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

that fix was provided to existing owners on a flash drive. so we can assume the fix is already applied to in stock items

You can do it as one person. You may only need help loving the deck since it's awkwardly heavy and big. After that though, the rest you can do by yourself-- attach the side rails and the main panel.

A handful of reviews said the deck cracked. It can happen on any treadmill. It's covered under warranty for 5 years. If you look online at parts stores, it can be replaced for about $120.

They used freight for mine. The box had one big impact rip - but luckily was on the metal bar frame and didn't damage it. I would recommend they send 2 people - cause it was a beast and they only gave me 1 delivery guy that I ended up helping to get it in the front door. I recommend taking it out of the box if moving it upstairs or downstairs - it was much more manageable with 2 people that way.

I want to place this in an apartment I stay just a few nights a week so shipping directly to the apartment might be difficult since I'm not there most days.

this comes on a 78x30 wooden crate and is probably 400lb . I wouldn't put that in any midsized suv. probably on a truck yeah

nautilus is longer(60 inch). 12 percent inclined vs 10 percent on proform. old school display vs better display on proform.
proform has advertised 2.75 chp and this one is ambiguous chp.
this is $100 cheaper than proform and no ifit annoyance
