I called this morning for a price adjustment and after holding for 10 minutes or so, the rep processed a credit for $200 + tax with no hassle at all. Very friendly and easy to work with.
It's hard to interpret the reviews on this. Most seem to compare it to machines nearly double the current $700 price.
Good timing, as our 20-year-old Pro-Form died last night.
Also, does this need an equipment mat underneath? I'm putting it on older hardwood floors. I put equipment mats under my spin bike and bench but I really wasn't thinking about doing it for the treadmill.
This this is super heavy!!

It doesn't need a mat underneath. There was some levelers included on the bottom of the treadmill to help with uneven floors. When I went for my first run on it last week, it was very unstable and I felt like it was going to throw me off of it. Then I realized it wasn't perfectly level. Once I leveled it, it became completely solid and doesn't budge when I run full speed.
