I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

My T618 is delivered on a pallet by one delivery man in this morning. I ask his help to move the base part (200 Ibs) together through 3-4 steps from my garage to the family room. I pay 30$ for the tips. Very nice delivery experience............

It's really good that the delivery guy helped you. Did you open the box and move the base part separately with him? How much time did you spending on unboxing the whole thing? Wondering if I need to do the same...

Would I be able to use this convertible truck/cart (300lb cap) to move the whole box into my home? Trying to figure out different options...

You have to open the box and move the base part separately with him. About 5-10 min.

Afterwards, the delivery guy told me he usually can't do this for a customer without white glove service.

I doubt this cart could handle 300+ Ibs, That is a really big box with a base crate, ~350 Ibs Upon my experience, 2 people minimal for moving this package.

Appreciated your input! I will probably have to open the box and use the cart to move the base part (200 lbs) myself if the delivery man can't help. This is the most feasible way I can think of to do it by one person atm.

To be honest, only the base part (200 Ibs) needs 2 people to move it for safety purpose.

This was my thought exactly. You DO NOT want to do that. The delivery guy that helped me get the treadmill through the front door had the box on his dolly and he wouldn't bring the dolly inside because the wheels would have cracked the floor titles due to the weight. Instead we were able to slide the box over some towels and that worked really well.

Treadmill tracking updated to "awaiting delivery" and on the tracking it gives a number to call for additional information. I called but no answer. Guess I'll be getting it Monday.

You said you guys only brought in the 200lb part right, so that is packaged inside of a box?

So, here is my situation. My garage door is permanently closed. So I need to get this in through the standard sized front door(36 in wide). Once in, the garage entrance is just 2 steps away and has a standard door(29 in wide) as well, Then I need go down 4 steps (since garage is at a lower level then the living room). My garage has hardwood flooring. Do you guys know if this thing will fit through these doors?

You will need to flip the box on its side, bring sideways through the front door, stand box upright (measure your ceiling heigh first), and then inch it towards the other door.

Like other have mentioned, it will be at least 50 pounds light if you unload it from the box first. And sliding along some towels placed on the floor will also make it easier.

Yeah, the deck or "base" is about 200 pounds and comes preassembled in the box along with the other side bars and console. The deck has a strap on it so the hydraulic lift stays disengaged, but there are some easy places to grab the deck if it is unboxed.

My shipment is now 15 minutes away at the "destination." The expected delivery date changed from Monday to tomorrow. But I never spoke with them to schedule a delivery time. I'm not sure if I should send an email and tell them I'm available anytime tomorrow. Or maybe they're not that busy and will be able to come on short notice.

I wonder if they won't even bother arranging an appointment and just plan to leave it at the door. The appointment and "need an 18-year old home for delivery" might be assuming the $250 was paid.
From my experience, the delivery date is to the hub and not to your residence. Once delivered at the hub, you will receive a call to schedule the delivery to your residence.
