I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

That's exactly WHY we bought this. My previous treadmill had every bell and whistle with an android based touchscreen interface from NordicTrack. It's been a buggy piece of garbage that refuses to work consistently. Sometimes simpler is better.

Nope, not a lemon. It's is sadly common for that brand. ProForm is owned by NordicTrack and uses a lot of the same components. My NordicTrack has been a frustrating piece of garbage that breaks frequently. I noticed that many of the parts I had to track down are also used in some ProForm models.

My delivery was with ABF. They had scheduled the delivery between Noon and 2pm for me, but then they called in the morning to say they would be early and showed up at 10am.

Give them a call. They have to manually send the confirmation email. The reimbursement will be attached to your email address/order number so they will see it in the system.
