I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

i just ordered one of these to replace an old proform that the belt is about due to be changed and the motor is getting hot. too hot, i think, and it looks like you can't even get a new motor or if you can find one to fit, it'll cost more than this new treadmill. the motor and belt combined, so this seems like a deal.

haha me too. Either it was a nightmare to transport or they are so tiny it will trip. My recent home gym equipment was due to a belt issue- this time I wanted to get one that is covered by warranty.

With no incline, the top of the deck is 9". With full 15 degree incline, the top/front of the deck is about 16-17".

Give them a call. They have to manually send the confirmation email. The reimbursement will be attached to your email address/order number so they will see it in the system.
Thanks I did just that and they took care of it.

As treadmills go I don't find it very noisy at all. Should be able to watch TV just fine with the fan off. Probably even so with the fan on.

I got this for $649 plus tax!

When it was $899, I had called to ask some questions and the sales rep offered a $50 coupon but I didn't bite. I asked for his direct extension and said I'll call him back when I was ready (which I'd think about over the weekend). Then it dropped to $699 the following week, I called, got him on one try (was afraid he'd be on the phone with another customer). I asked if he was able to still apply the coupon and he did! I'm sure another rep would be able to apply this coupon if you call in and ask, I get the sense they aren't too stingy with these coupons....doesn't cost the rep anything Smilie.
