I was able to after calling and waiting an hour on hold to talk to a service rep. I placed an order on Friday and told them I wanted to cancel my order. The rep said the order is already tracking and she asked why I wanted to cancel it. I told her it's currently listed $200 cheaper. She said I'm glad you told me, I can refund you $200 and once it's been fully billed (I'm guessing that means delivered to my home), the $200 difference will be refunded back to my original payment method.

I very much dislike the fancy screen on my Nordic-track. It is unusable if you don't pay for the service.

If I could go back and do it again I would buy this one.

its the exact reason bought this. Fancy screens and technology will get outdated and cause more issues as they push firmware on wifi. this one is old tech , they cannot do planned obsolescence.

I had my wife help me out. I don't think its even possible to be moved by one person. You could use dollies and such. But if you are taking it up or down stairs, you absolutely need another person.

It would probably be easier to hire a small moving crew for less than 30 minutes of their time and then assemble it yourself. Assembly was pretty easy and straightforward. Took me about 2 hours.

I am doing same- returning pro form 9000 and buy this one. It a pain to use pro form in manual mode. Also tested side loading on pro form - only able to get Netflix to reliably work but with low resolution. This one looks like much better value for $.

In for one at this price. Going to get rid of my Peloton Bike+ that nobody's using anymore and get the treadmill which my wife says will replace 2 of her Pilates sessions per week (at $45/pop). Should pay for itself in several months.

Sucker was super heavy, I'm about 200 lbs and I lift. I had to slide it down the stairs, I took the bottom and my wife was on top to make sure it didn't tip over. If you have two strong men it shouldn't be a problem or if your really strong person.

so dumb Peloton tread classes are not on the bike, would be so much easier to watch classes...
