How does this compare to the Brondell CL1500 on sale for $180 at Woot right now?

Just bought the biobidet 6800 deal last month at Costco.

Haven't opened it yet. Could exchange or use one in a second bathroom.

Looks like similar features. Anyone have experience with the Koehler?

I don't see a nightlight in the Koehler.

About to pull the trigger… wish there was more info out there on this Kholer vs the more commonly posted Brondells and BioBidets.

We like this one. The remote mounts to the wall.

We had a bio bidet and I hated how we had to physically take the remote out of the cradle and access some functions on the backside of the remote then flip to the front side for more buttons. Freakin stupid design. Our bio bidet lasted 2 years before the metal rod stopped retracting back and just made grinding sounds. Tried to do the nice thing and get a warranty replacement through the manufacture but they wanted me to go through the hassle of shipping it back first. So instead I just replaced it with this kohler model and did a online return via Costco. I'd recommend ordering online that way you can spare yourself the embarrassment of taking a bidet back to a physical store if it fails.

I really doubt they bio bidet "needs" these back to warranty a new one for you. Just typical manufacturer that wants to make the warranty process difficult so consumers would just replace with a new one.

It does not have a night light. But I'd still rather keep the kohler. The remote control just makes more sense.

Debating between this and one of the two non-heated ~$100 Kohler and Brondell models on costco.com.
Does anyone know if this has infinite hot water, or does it have a tank that stores water that needs to be continually heated? Others have mentioned the power usage of continually keeping a tank of heated water in the unit.
As mentioned earlier in the thread, I wish there was more info on this specific model.

same sentiment. I got the biobidet from costo and it's incredibly reliable but I've found nothing on this Kohler model. But I decided to pull the trigger anyway. One downside is that it doesn't have a night light LED

Anyone else get it yet? I just installed it and noticed every time you sit on the cover it releases a trickle of water into the bowl. Do all bidets do this?

Ya that bothers me as well. I wonder if that's common.

It's supposed to be a "self clean" of the sprayer I think.

This or the Moen 5-Series that is on sale ending today? Moen has endless warm water (no water tank), which I think would be nice and likely save energy. But it looks like it lacks the deodorizer...wonder if that makes a difference. Moen is also cheaper...decisions, decisions.

Here are two threads about the Moen

Seems that the beeping is an issue but some people are able to turn it off and others aren't...?

Unfortunately it seems this Kohler model is too new to have a lot of reviews.
