The costco u75h at $929 isn't $350 more from the $650 u6h unless you have crazy tax in your area and that isn't even available anymore(there were only 2 left on amazon last night when I looked). What you get for the extra < $300 is an extra 2 years of warranty, more lighting zones, better contrast, 120hz input, and truehd atmos out.
That's worth it to me in my very defined viewing space. If you have an open area where you are putting this then I'd probably agree with you and go for the u6h. I almost did anyway until I realized the panel was completely different than what rtings reviewed.
