But CFG Bank has limits according to their website:
Once funding occurs the daily external transfer limit for the CFG High Yield Money Market Account is $5,000. Your external transfers may not exceed $30,000 in a 30-day rolling period.

I'm getting tired of moving my money around chasing the APY. They should be coming up again after tomorrow's FED meeting too.

Nice rate, given short term treasuries (state tax exempt) are yielding 4.2-4.4%. Fed should raise 50 each month till we hit +5%. Then hold till there is blood in the street. Gas is already heading up. Don't expect real inflation on stuffs that you need to fall below 5% with sub 5% fed fund rate. But we know that the FED = bankers who crave for cheap $ forever.

The TOTAL cost of 1kWh of electricity in S Cal is around 35 cents. There are taxes for wild fire, clean energy, etc...

They can lower this rate at any time with no notice. It doesn't seem sustainable.

People should read the details. MySavingsDirect requires 60 day advance written notice of any intended withdrawal before you can get your funds. These guys look like a regular bank, and probably won't have such crazy restrictions.

True, but your $ will disappear the next day with one mouse click.

Will this bank drop the rate to very low after 6 or 12 months etc? then I have to move money again?

If FED raise the rate, how many days afterwards can we expect banks to raise the rate for savings account/CDs?

What account do you use for your hub account? I'm looking to get a new one. Schwab isn't cutting it here anymore.

I just moved to a "bank" (really fintech company that puts it in an FDIC insured bank) that stays consistent with fed increases. They like increase the rate day of or next day. Far less hassle than chasing APYs and opening accounts everywhere and transferring funds.
