I can't find any details about the banking agreement. Anyone mind posting a pdf of the agreement? I would specifically like to find out

1) How often is interest calculated? Daily vs Weekly?
2) How often is interest credited? Monthly?
3) Are there any early account closure fees?
So I was able to figure this out. It's calculated monthly and credited monthly as well. No early account closure fees.

Have had Redneck for a few years, six transactions limit per month but customer service is actual humans and they are responsive.
I have had redneck bank acct for more than 10 years, they send me birthday card every year Smilie. Never had issues with customer service. I move money out when their rate falls below some other competitors

Can you explain? They are currently 4.5% for first $15k and 0.5% beyond $15k. For $75k that averages to 1.3%.

I like them. No nonsense and their account is checking too! The only complaint I have is they do a poor job of updating some of their documentation and there is no phone support. That said, their email support has come through within hours for me usually and no more than 1-business day.

That's my experience.
4.03% isn't the fed rate though. It's not a bad rate but it's lower than this one and lower than Marcus with referral bonus

6 transactions is standard for majority of high yield savings accounts with banks

Primis is not that good ..healthwise. Always check bank health on this link

They have a B+ probably due to their deposits, which had negative growth. This may explain why the bank is paying higher apy so they can get more deposits

Haha. They actually did this right now before the meeting to beat other banks to it. The rate is based on the almost 1 bp they are raising.

Just had a lengthy conversation with them and they do seem legit. Asked many questions as well. They have branches as well.
No offense but this whole comment seems flawed. 1) The current consensus is that the Fed will raise rates by 25 bp, not 1. 1bp is only 0.01%. 2) You had a conversation with a customer service rep and they seem legit? I actually feel bad for the person who you talked to. What could you actually ask someone?

Perhaps you should ask what their rates were 2 weeks ago? Why did they jump to 5% when they did (to beat other banks and get people to sign up)? What is their history of rate increases over the last year? How quick are they to react? Are they going to bait people with 5% and not raise again for the rest of year? Your post provides no information that helpful or relevant to people making a decision on whether to open an account here or not.

One looks at their online reviews is enough to make anyone feel safer putting their money in a crypto exchange!
Jokes aside this is the year to deploy cash into total market etfs (for less risk tolerant folks) Beat down individual stocks (for average risk tolerant individuals) Bitcoin, Ethereum, litecoin, Cardano, and other crypto projects with actual utility for the high risk takers!
Banks are loading up on capital to deploy into the market and pay you a small percentage of the overall return they earn on your money.
Sincerely ,
Your average financial advisor…

Redneck Bank is pretty good if you stay below 75K. They are always near the top.
Redneck eh? So, the interest is earned off the profits of moonshine and meth labs? 🤣🤣🤣

Folks, buy short term bonds. You can get 4.8% or so without all this hassle.
