    These were such a huge disappointment for my baby. I got the top of the line multimotion. The packaging for the cloth portion that the baby lies in says that "once you open, cannot return due to hygienic reasons".

    They sell an infant insert separately as a corporate greed money grab. The product is for infants but a better infant insert sold separately.

    Yes these are garbage, both quality and function. The fear mechanism is very loud too.
