For pc gaming no, you won't notice the difference . For ps5 , you probably want this one instead of sn770 since sn770 a little bit slower than recommend spec for ps5. However i don't think it's matter much since none of ps5 game right now require that top speed yet

yes but any heatsink is fine. You can use 3rd party heatsink as well. Maybe another $7-$10 for heatsink at most

Faster how? The advertised speed on the Spec sheet? That means nothing. I hope you know that. What matters is sustained speed, burst speed, the quality of the controller on the drive, reliability, and more.
