A highly recommended SSD with DRAM at this capacity is the Crucial series MX500 that current sells for $69. I just bought and installed it's little brother, the 500GB MX500 which had been on sale for $43. Sweet performance. An added benefit of Crucial drives is that they offer 'Acronis True Image For Crucial' cloning and imaging/backup software for download free (only works with Crucial drives).

That'd be correct. The previous version used DRAM.

Amazon just stuck the revision (SA510) on the same listing page.
