I've been tv shopping lately and if you need a cheap but impressive tv at this size, you probably won't find better

I don't get when people say stuff like this. You could redeem this for real money so the tv is costing you real dollars, you realize that right?

Can one install apps like a fire stick on these? Not sure if sideload is the right term, but adding apps that aren't in the App Store.
I did side load some apps some worked great but one app that I use a lot was freezing a lot. The app does not lag on my standalone 4k stick. Ultimately I had to return the tv. I would not recommend this model and Hisense.

I also don't see any 15% off in cart?
After reading the terms and conditions, I see this:

The extra % Back will post to your account within a week of the transaction posting, and will appear on your monthly credit card billing statement and be available for use within 1-2 billing cycles. To qualify for this promotional offer, your account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. This promotional offer is non-transferable. Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time. For more information about your rewards program, see your Rewards Program Agreement.

Agreed - got the 50U6G last summer, after reading many reviews online, and was very happy with the quality despite the low price. We watch in a fairly well-lit room and it looks great. Finally switching out my TV/Cable box with a 4K unit soon and looking forward to some 4K content for the bowl which is super.
Got the 55U6G, should see what it can do when you push HDR to the max in a dark room, great TV. My only issue is that CEC is a little weird at times.

I see it right on the product page. It says "Get 15% back on amount charged to an Amazon Prime credit card."

Good price on this one. I personally was looking for the Google tv version, but not in a rush so I will probably wait to see this 2023 mini LED version that replaces this model.
I got the mini LED with 120 frame rate, paid 700 think its the U8H version. It has Google. Love it so much!

Small thing worth noting: actual native frame rate is *60*hz. You have to scroll down a fair chunk before they'll tell you that. For the price, I don't think it's going to be a deal breaker for anyone but worth noting.

I recently purchased this TV and was disappointed with my experience. Within a few weeks of use, the TV would randomly shut off and I thought it was due to the sleep timer being on. However, even after turning off the sleep timer, the issue persisted. I attempted a factory reset but was unable to complete the setup process as the remote wouldn't pair with the TV, even though it was able to turn the TV on. The constant issues I encountered over the span of two weeks were too much to handle, so I ultimately returned the TV back.

Bought this last week. Nice tv. Hard to find calibration settings though. None on RTINGS.com for the fire edition
What settings are you using?

Same here, $160, but for that price it was a steal, great TV.
Did you calibrate it? I can say that out of the box it is terrible
