This watch is probably not to everyone's taste but I like the faux vintage vibes, got one since it seems to be a fair price for a Swiss quartz + sapphire + brand with at least some legit heritage

I have an automatic Visodate, it's a fantastic watch. 40mm is a bit large for what it is IMO, but this is a great deal for what its worth.

Nobody is going to sell a swiss made automatic watch for $128. It was obvious it was quartz without clicking on this link.

That's sort of intentional. It's a retro model inspired by their back catalog and is supposed to look like it has a bit of old watch patina (or "faux-tina" to watch nerds). The Tissot logo is an earlier version that they used as their official branding from 1853-1978... after 125 years I guess they figured it was time for an update.

Not true. There was a Calvin Klein-branded auto with eta 2824 movement for $120 a year back or so. Beautiful watch (aside from the logo that seemingly no one could get over). Unfortunately mine runs +22s/day.
