Nice! So it has Umami!
There's nothing wrong with msg as far as it relates to health, that was a racist marketing scheme. You need to update your knowledge, this has been shown.

$1 for 1lb of sauce. Including shipping. How do they make money on that?

I bought this last time it was a dollar and another flavor. I ended up throwing them both away after one use. Usually Amazon brand stuff is good but these weren't to me. I like sonnys bbq sauce and great value original bbq sauce.

This is kind of sharp using direct on chicken nuggets.

My biggest beef is the bottle I got somehow has a lid that if you put it back on with normal tightness, it is almost imposable to get back off. I have to use my kitchen bottle-lid gripper tool on this thing.

Do you get migraines when you eat Doritos or chips?

Not all chips. A lot of chip companies have a no msg logo on their bags now. Frito Lay is one.

But Doritos will make my nephew turn red, sweat a little, and break out in small hives . It usually only lasts a couple of hours and doesnt cause anything serious, but still, who wants to go through that?

Thanks for sharing taste profile. Sweet baby Rays is a sugar bomb.
Sweet baby rays is amazing. But if you're using so much sauce that the sugar in BBQ does anything to your health, I'd say dial it back.

no. bad analogy. glutamate is an amino acid released when any protein breaks down, so there are tons of it in your body. Sodium cation is basically anywhere. So MSG exists in your body in great quantity. Those who claim they are allergic to MSG are fake.

Is this possibly from Red 40 food coloring for your nephew?

Weird things cause my migraines. Bragg's amino acids for one. Any others with this issue?

Nope. It's called "MSG symptom complex". Everyone know's it's caused by MSG, just science hasnt connected all the dots yet on how it's being caused. They're also limited on which asian and mexican/tex-mex restaurants they can go to for the same reason.

It's an allergic reaction. It's like the people that are allergic to chocolate (hives, swelling, etc). There's just a lot more people allergic to MSG.

As for anything else, nope. He's a healthy kid and not allergic to anything else or have any type of allergies. When he starts turning red, everyone else notices before he does.

Pseudoscience will never connect the dot. There is zero evidence in any rigorous scientific studies that show links between MSG intake and "blabla syndrome". It is all fake or claims. What is an allergic reaction? Any of the symptoms in so-called MSD symptom complex is not a typical allergic reaction, nor does it have any IgE or mast cell or histamine component. It is not an allergic reaction by any definition. What is it? They eat too much salt.
