I just had fraud in my Subway account. Subs delivered in another state than me. I got the order confirmation and stuff too late. If you use the subway app or website, don't save credit card info! The only way you can reach support is by sending a message in their support. I called both numbers I could find and both said they don't offer phone support anymore. I sent a message about fraud 2 days ago. I got a confirmation email that they got my inquiry and have not gotten anything else since. I've filed a chargeback. Oh, and I also called the store that fulfilled the order and they said it wasn't their problem.

My subway still has the FREEFOOTLONG code activated, so I've never stopped getting buy one get one footlongs 🤣

Thx for your post. I haven't ordered from subway for over a year now. I deleted my CC info. Already had a recent scare when my license arrived a few weeks late in the mail.

It's pretty good and I get them but idk when I think about their low quality mass produced deli meat and how it's meant for their profit I get worried all the crap ingredients that are in it.

My local subways mail out physical coupons and don't accept them. They don't accept in app promos. They are very nice and want your business, but just don't do deals at all. Their prices are just too high for what they offer and the horror stories are nation wide. I think it's just time for subway to fail. Unless they completely change how they do business, I can't imagine ever supporting them ever again.

I spoke too soon on this. The day after I went to sleep be that was previously allowing the pro.o and they weren't anymore 😂. That being said there are still a few more in my area that take this promo then accept the normal one.

I find if you get ones that have a bigger variety of meat they skimp less (if it's a store that's skimping). The cold cut combo comes out in a prearranged sliced assortment, so you don't need to rely on the employees memory/judgement as much.

Took them years to finally put a filter for participating restaurants. Hope all the cheapskate franchisees not participating in my area go under. Even those that honor it would skimp on the ingredients knowing the order was BOGO. Subway quality has consistently gone down while their prices continue to go up. Must be spending too much money getting athletes to hawk their garbage food.

Ample better local options for a sandwich these days. Support delis, not this crap.

I see that some other people posted the code expires 2/10, and someone else mentioned 2/12. I can confirm on my subway app, the BOGO promo automatically pops up stating offer is good thru 2/17 as stated in original posting

Yep we get paper coupons in the mailers every month and the local subway doesnt take them. I left them a shitty review on google and yelp. fcuk those clowns and their shitty sandwiches BOGO is the ONLY thing that made them reasonable. And there's a Jersey Mikes 2 miles away so its a no brainer.

What actually happened was they auto published the deal so franchisees had to be on top of their stuff to not participate. Used to be where owners would have to sign up.

Uninstalled the app months ago because their normal prices suck, too. Just bought two, the meatball Mariana is addicting, good God!
