It does allow me to add two of this item to cart, and comes out free. Yet $35 order maximum required.

Limit 2 per cart.

i got 2 (2 Count) packs aka 2 orders which each have 2 per order.

supposed to be free bounce with purchase of tide pods but instacart side screwed up and it is 2 free bounce, no tide required
