Assuming it's the normal level of quality offered, it's a fairly cheap duffle. Not dollar store but obviously not top tier. I got it once and got the $10 otherwise as this is offered fairly frequently.

No other purchase necessary. Was difficult to find the checkout button but I added a pair of shoes and the checkout button appeared at the lower bottem. Then I removed the shoes and the free bag was able to checkout with free shipping at no cost.
