Yes and no,it means that usually the chest/stomach area is tapered in to be more form fitting while modern/classic are more of a drape look so a lot more comfortable and loose in most cases.

When the size options are M, L, and XL (instead of actual measurements), the chances of this fitting well and looking decent are almost zero.
