Not sure how you're getting 4 pack for $63, I followed instructions and get $70 for 2.

$59 and change for two size 4 boxes is what I see.

Edit: I now get the OP. it is not one box of 140, it is two boxes of 70. So I would get a total of 4 boxes with 70 in each. Ok deal, but will likely stick with Costco.

Posting to report the very same about Kirkland brand. Kid had actual welts, it was really bad. I rarely return things that I've opened at Costco, but I'll be getting my money back for these things. It was _that_ bad.

Sorry to hear you had that experience. Kirkland diapers (manufactured by Huggies) are the #1 most recommended value brand for diapers. So while your child had an issue, you are in the vast minority.

My daughter is 2 and 1/2 and son is 1. They used Kirkland since they were born with no issues. Unfortunately, something changes about 2 months ago. First my daughter started showing a rash on her butt. We thought maybe the daycare was not changing her frequently enough. She also has mild eczema so we just tried treating it but 2 weeks later my son started developing the same rash. My wife cares for my son at home so we knew something was up. We switched to Huggies and within a week the rash was gone and never returned. Whoever makes the Kirkland diapers changes something but they are different now and many are reporting similar issues. Not a one off.
