Just a fyi they make "regular" & "xl" sizes. I have a ultra 22 with an otterbox and according to reviews only a xl will work. Just a heads up

These are actually made by Case Mate and just have a Pelican badge.

Nice find. I would actually want hi-vis yellow. However, I have no use for something like this unless I go to the beach a lot, or whitewater rafting.

And....I would trust Pelican more than a no-name brand.

Its waterproof at 3 meters for up to 30 min.

Looks good for the gym if you like to hit the jacuzzi, sauna, pool and beach.
I could use one that is good to 3 meters, however this one is only

" IPX8 Certified Waterproof Protection: 3.3 feet/ 1 meter IPX8 "

I had to get the xl version since my iphone with a case is too big for the regular version. The used price is pretty good at $11

Are you gonna really risk your $1000 phone with water damage to save a few bucks? Then again a ziplock bag would be the cheapest method.

Thanks!

I usually use a zip lock (freezer) bag while at the beach (easier to squeeze out the air and fit the phone in your pocket) - but will be getting two of these for kayaking/canoeing.

I have a similar one I bought for kayaking but it is collecting dust because I just put the phone into the side pocket of my life vest.

I am doing that right now as well - seeing this deals reminded me I've had one too many near drops while on the water while taking it out of the PFD pocket... getting a pair of these and storing them with the PFD/vests so I don't forget them....

IP 136 if your phone is already IP 68, right?! but seriously though, all you gain is visibility and buoyancy for this if your phone is already at that level, correct?

I have a iPhone 14 Pro Max and I used the phone at a water park last month. It works perfectly fine without the water proof pouch. The issue I have is I don't have pocket in my board shorts and the phone will not secuely stay in my pocket. Especially I am going on to rides and the wave pool. The other thing is when the phone is wet, I can't really hear what people said on the other end when I try to call someone. I was able to use the phoen normally once everything is dry. I think this is a good price. If you click on the 2 pack it is 20.99 slightly cheaper than just 1.

Extreme YMMV, but there were a few of these in my walmart clearance section $6.00. But actually rang up at $3.00.

Yes, they work great for going in the water as protection. Just make sure to test in your sink first, in saltwater you really can't use the buttons because it thinks there's finger contact all the time.
