These are great with red potatoes. Just cut them up in cubes...cover with olive oil, dump on the mix, stir up, then cook about 45-60 minutes at 400, depending on how crispy you like them.

Doesn't have to be red potatoes. I use russet potatoes. It's a fabulous side dish.
