It is hard enough to get something that supplies PD over 100w in such a small form. One of our packs has PD 65w (true 65 from the PD output) and the module itself is over 30 dollars. After all is said and done, with the batteries (LiFePo4) and everything else, boost/bucks, fuses, bms, it came out to 70 dollars, BEFORE selling.
Now if I wanted to do a cheap, ugly home project it would cost me around 40-50 bucks to get over 65w. I would figure if they sold these at 80 dollars they'd probably start to lose money. It really isn't cheap to make these and they are so much more superior to what I build at my job, for 70 bucks.
I've brought the charger to me on domestic flights in the US and can say that I've never had issues traveling with it.
The case that comes with the battery sucks.
If you're looking to buy a case, I recommend getting the Anker SoundCore Official Travel Case (SoundCore/SoundCore 2 Bluetooth Speaker ONLY) - PU Leather Premium Protection Carry Case.
The charger fits perfectly in it.

Should be allowed. 100wh is the max but different airlines may have different rules. I've read each person can bring two batteries between 100-160wh but I've always thought it was one 100wh battery max and probably wouldn't care about smaller ones unless it was a backpack full of power banks.
140w charging, doubt the ones you have even hit 100w at the prices you got them at. Could be wrong but let us know what models or check their specs again.

If you're just using it to charge your phone at 10-15W, any power bank will do.
If you want something that can power your laptop and also charge your phone, this has some great benefits.

I'd say so, my last bank lasted about 6 years from Aukey. Unfortunately usb c port started to act up, stopped charging my Pixel 6 for whatever reason and started to be picky which chargers i used
Eşit: No, the one on topic is way better.

If you don't need 140W output, buy something cheaper. The rest of us really don't have a choice. It's really nice and if you travel you really need one of these.
