1. Make sure they'll rotate and balance for free (every 2500-3000 miles) or else you void the mileage warranty.
2. If time is important to you, you had better also ask about how the rotation/balance line is. Are you rotated in to all the other service, or do they have a dedicated rotation/balance bay.
Experience: bought tires from them once (a decade ago).
Spent 3 hrs at the store waiting on a rotation. I think "balance" cost extra too. The store was 10 miles away, so it took 20min to get there.
All my tires now come from Discount Tires. Dedicated tire shop. No oil changes or brakes, etc. They get me in and out in 45 min. They match all local prices, too. Lastly, no charge for balance and mileage warranties ARE HONORED. Some shops give you excuses on the mileage warranty.
