These are a PITA to open without splashing some gravy on you or around you. They sealed it so tightly it's ridiculous.

OP includes an ingredients image that lists poultry by-products. The description does not. If Sheba now includes that ingredient, it is no longer an option for me to consider.

Formerly, it was an above-average choice per CatFoodDB. The use of by-products would likely drop that down to below average.

This is the cuts which our cats like much better than the pate . I stocked up on Sheba the last time it was on sale but that was pate style and there tends to be a lot of that left in the bowls after I give them that.

Ordered x4 of the 24 pack for $10 about 2 months ago. Amazon sent me x19 boxes by mistake. Still recovering from that last batch. Smilie

I think the seafood one that someone mentioned is the Pate. The cuts for my cats is a snack as they mostly only eat the gravey. I wouldn't get the Pate as a replacement for the cuts.

I'm not a shill or paid by this company, but I just recently switched my cat to this brand called Tiki Cats on Amazon and he LOVES it. It's grain free and all natural, no weird additives. It's a little pricey per serving but after feeding him Friskies cans for years with all the byproducts and grains I kinda wish I'd tried to switch sooner. I was reading online that dogs evolved to eat grains but cats really are pure carnivores and don't need to be eating grains and it's typically just added as a cheap filler to low quality canned food. Not sure if that is totally accurate but when I open a can of the Tiki cat stuff it really does smell like straight up fish and looks more like "food" than a lot of canned food I've tried.

I also stocked up at the sale price. I bought it for a feral cat that had been feeding on birds, rabbits and other things that are harder to find in the winter. Turned out the cat would not eat the Sheba until I took the gravy off with a paper towel.
