That's overpriced for last year's shoe. Should be like $60-70 if they want to clear them out. I heard the 14 was a step back compared to previous Ghosts.

Brooks have corporate control on the sale price. No surprise its own by Warren Buffet. Better off buying Pegasus for $60 to $70. Just about same shoes.

Agreed that this is more the everyday price now that the 15's are out. 14's were a leapfrog back to be more like the 12's, because they screwed so much up on the 13's. 13s were hard in the ankle support, 12 and 14 are more plush, which is more favorable for runners who don't need ankle support, which the Ghost is not a support shoe. 14s worked great for me and I'm so afraid what they'll do with the next model I bought a few extra to get me through the year Wink

Amazon also is $99 currently and has a far greater color selection than the Brooks site.

I have wonky feet. The 10s fit me well. The 11s hurt. The 9s and 12s were not great. I think I never tried the 13s. The 14s fit me well again. I haven't tried the 15s on, but I'm considering getting another pair of 14s so that I have a pair that feel good on my feet when these wear down.

It's been this price on Amazon for weeks. May be irrelevant for most but the ghost size 11 was too big and 10.5 too small. Same with Asics Kayano sizing. Ended up going with Mizuno wave inspire size 11 which fit just right.
