2 downsides to this thing :
1 - garbage steel. 5CR15MOV is not going to hold an edge very long. But, it wont chip either... it's basically the same steel a can of corn is made out of.
2 - no pocket clip. The only carry option is drop it in your pocket/purse/pack and hunt for it when you need it.

If you can tolerate the color, I keep this model in my luggage for when the wife and I enjoy a bottle of wine while traveling with the kids. Too often the hotels don't have them, or are too slow for exhausted parents. Lowest Price I've seen at ~$29:
