They also just use a shopify website, have no phone number, and use a rented UPS box for their address. Not really much of a way to run a legitimate business.
I sure wouldn't pay a premium because they have a US flag on their card.
As an aside - I do own this set. I own a bunch of different drill bit sets. This Bosch set does live up to the Project Farm hype. I had to drill out a couple completely rusted bolts on a sensor on one of my cars (using a close quarter drill) and these bits cut through that steel like the proverbial hot knife through butter. I agree the MSRP is a bit of a joke, but these are unquestionably worth the normal ~ $35 Amazon asking price.

As an aside - I do own this set. I own a bunch of different drill bit sets. This Bosch set does live up to the Project Farm hype. CCC says average price since 2019 is 32$, still a good deal, just not earthshattering.
